Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>

1.	Act upon customer leads, pursue targeted transducer markets, and fulfill requests for price quotations.   <br>
2.	Direct the transducer sales strategy, including providing reporting, implementing sales initiatives, and planning.<br>
3.	Visiting potential and existing customers and maintaining a personal engagement with our customers personnel.  Travel: 50-60% of time.<br>
4.	Maintain accurate records and files for all leads, quotes, and programs.<br>
5.	Monitor engineering and production schedules and assuring excellent communication with customers.<br>
6.	Support company forecasting and business planning requirements.<br>

	Ability to communicate well orally. <br>
	Ability to write reports, customer communications, and quotations in a professional and academically correct manner. <br>

This position is responsible for maximizing potential of branch location through the efficient and professional management of staff, facilities, and equipment. Accountable for overall branch operations including revenue, profit & loss, and management of branch staff, facilities, and equipment (sales, rental/leasing, and product support) by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate support and staff and/or managers. <br>
Regulates/reviews, makes decisions, and strategically plans for the following: branch profit and loss, staffing, employee development and training, equipment utilization, equipment maintenance, and safety practices. <br>
Sales Management:<br>

    * Directs all sales and customer related issues: <br>
    *    Product pricing<br>
    *    Purchasing<br>

    *    Financing<br>
    * Holds weekly sales meeting to chart progress.<br>
    * Periodically accompanies Sales Reps in the field to offer support and feedback.<br>

Operational Management:<br>

    * Enforces adherence to credit policies and reviews customer aging with credit representative on a regular basis.<br>
    * Monitors expenses vs. budget.<br>
    * Formulates plan to sell or return slow moving parts and transfer or sell under-utilized assets.  <br>

Human Resources/Safety:<br>

    * Authorizes all branch hires, pay increases, and other personnel actions.<br>
    * Reviews payroll items.<br>
    * Ensures that all employees have a clear understanding of their job function.<br>
    * Performs and oversees reviews with department managers.<br>
    * Encourages employee input through regular communication with team members.<br>
    * Ensures a safe work environment by:               <br>

General Qualifications:<br>

Six Feet Up Inc. (sixfeetup.com), an open source web application development company who has been providing Zope/Plone hosting and development services since 1999, is looking for an on-site Project Manager with Agile/Scrum experience to interface both with clients and developers.<br>
<br>
Responsibilities:<br>
- Participate in Business Development efforts:<br>
   * Put proposals together based on leads provided by Business Development<br>
   * Participate in RFP responses<br>
- Manage projects from Discovery Phase to Launch:<br>
   * Establish scope of work/Project backlog<br>
   * Manage and update project documentation (business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, wireframes, site map, etc.)<br>
   * Coordinate resources (a team of designers, developers and engineers working from multiple locations)<br>
   * Coordinate sprints<br>
   * Track progress, keep clients involved and engaged via progress reports and retrospectives<br>

This 105-hour, three week course will provide you with the necessary skills and training required to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A). This program is divided into 30 hours of classroom and lab hours, and 75 hours of clinical experience working hands on with clients. Upon completion of this course you will challenge the state exam for certification. Once you successfully pass this test, you will be certified to work as a certified nurse aide employable in all 50 states.<br>

As a nursing assistant you will be responsible for the clients in your care. This course will provide instruction for competency of all your duties and responsibilities. Regardless of what area you work in, you will feel confident about your skills. <br>

Position Purpose:  Gain sufficient product knowledge to be able to perform in a highly effective manner in the following areas:

Sales Support:

- Assist Sales in the preparation of quotations 
<br>
- Contact clients on ProServices and Graphics Packages
<br>
- Provide weekly reporting of sales activities
<br>
- Follow up with leads in accordance to company standards.

Order Management:
<br>
 - Manage orders from inception until the product is received at clients location
<br>
 - Track job in production and update client on status in accordance to company standards.
<br>
 - Schedule Product Photo Shoots with Photographer and coordinate with Production.
<br>
 - Provide customer with tracking information.
<br>
 - Follow up with customer to ensure product met their requirements in accordance with company standards.
<br>
 - Keep all of the above organized in our current CRM Database (SalesForce.com)
<br>
 - Other Duties as assigned

Administrative:

 - Assist with defining company standards/protocol.
<br>
 - Work closely with personnel/suppliers to enforce company standards.
<br>
 - Maintain Product Databases on regular basis
<br>
