Web site needed to accept parking reservations. In addition, site must be able to produce confirmations, securely encrypt consumer payment information, email copy of total charge and reservation confirmation to consumer, etc. Site design is just as important as providing the aforementioned services. Several templates have already been selected. You and/or your company must have the the tools necessary (CS4, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, MS Expression, etc.) to manipulate these templates.
Business requirements
* A shopping cart will be available to allow for a customer to assemble the desired products into a purchasing wish list. This wish list will contain relevant information so the store team can create a bill.
* The product catalog will support 15 to 20 collections or manufacturers' lines, with each collection or line having approximately 150 to 200 items (2,500 total product items max).
* Each product item will have 1 to 3 images assigned to it, ideally providing a full and detailed view. All images will be provided by retail staff.
* The product catalog will contain relevant identification needed to support the retail team's need to manage them. However, no pricing information will be supplied; all products will have "Call for Pricing".
* Order purchase, fulfillment, and shipment will be completed by the retail staff on phone or in store. The web site will not complete any purchasing, fulfillment, or shipping transactions.
* Initial product information will be assembled by the retail staff using specifications provided by vendor/consultant. Initial product information will be loaded into web site database by vendor/consultant.
* The web site will provide retail staff functions to edit and maintain product information after loading.
* Products can be designated as "Web only specials". Web only specials will be handled either by customer printing out the web page of the special item or including the special in the shopping cart.
* Google Analytics will be used to collect web metrics for marketing and business review.
* The contact page for designers will collect information to allow retail team to assess their fit.
* The customer contact page will collect information to allow the retail team to understand the customer's need and get back with them appropriately.

* A visual design will be created to be implemented across all elements of the retail web site.
* The deliverable will be a document that outlines the web site and layout, also known as a wireframe design or a mockup.
Proposal must show experience with Shopify.com. If you have never designed a Shopify site then please do not submit a proposal. Please provide links to Shopify sites you designed and implemented.
Please break the proposal in to three parts: 1) quote to design the look and feel (wire frame/site map/graphic design); 2) quote to organize the structured information in Shopify within collections and appropriate tags; 3) post launch support to address issues, fixes, and questions.
