Customer Support Rep:
We are looking for an individual who excels in Customer Service to be a part of an outstanding team of knowledgeable individuals. The Customer Service Representative will contribute to providing the customer with the highest level of service for HVAC and Facilities Service needs.
Job Responsibilities:
-Accept incoming calls for dispatching, scheduling of service, technician coordination
-Participate in cross training with technical support/ customer service, as required
-Follow proper call handling guidelines specific to customers and types of incoming calls
-Ensure that incoming phone calls are answered as quickly as possible
-Ensure that incoming phone calls are accurately documented and handled to completion
-Make follow up calls to customers, vendors, suppliers, as required to ensure timely service and up to date information
-Assist National Account management team as necessary
-Provide data analyzing and reporting as assigned
-Accept and perform given tasks with ownership and sense of urgency
Required Skills:
-Work hours flexible as needed to accommodate 7am - 8pm operation of department, including rotating weekends 8am - 5pm
-Outstanding Customer Service Skills
-Strong Initiative
-Good working knowledge of PC operation and Microsoft Office programs
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Team Player
