Strengths & Developmental Considerations:
The Listing Field Specialists’ function is to aid the Lead Listing Team in critical information gathering that would otherwise take the Listing Team away from their primary focus. Ensuring that great attention to details is given to assimilating accurate information with no gaps, will be essential. Someone with great efficiency and a particularly thorough eye for detail will excel in this position. Maintaining a team-based focus and forward thinking will be helpful in making your job as a Listing Field Specialist as simple and streamlined as possible. While there may be multiple immediate tasks to juggle which can consume one’s focus, considering the next steps may save time and energy in the long run. The List Field Specialist needs to be very responsive to inquiries (both email and telephone) and able to perform duties within 24 hours of notice.
This position is an entry level position with substantial room for advancement with a fast growing, nationally ranked real estate firm here in Indianapolis. Starting compensation will be in the range of $8.50 - $10.50 per hour depending on experience and professionalism.
