We are a fast growing start up company located in northwest Indianapolis looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative.
We are an online retailer dealing in used goods, and need someone to respond to emails and phone calls from customers.
The person in this position will be responsible for handling customer communication and working to resolve issues for customers. They will also be involved in writing product listings, processing inventory, following up on issues with our online partners, and some routine office tasks.
Candidate must be comfortable with email and able to project a professional, helpful attitude. Good writing skills essential. Prior customer service experience desirable. This position emphasizes communication, organization and problem solving.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and Customer Relationship Management software are all beneficial for this role, but applicant must be comfortable with computers and the Internet in general.
We are a small (about 12 employees) but rapidly growing new company and this is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help define the customer service position and processes. You would be the first person working full-time in this critical role and would have an opportunity to both develop the department and assist in or grow into other areas in the company.
