Customer Service

Job Objectives:
Provide customer support to Business clients
Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Draft and proofread correspondence such as thank you notes, invitations, announcements and other communications, as directed. Word process correspondence as directed. Maintain and update database to ensure that records are complete and accurate. Generate mailing lists and run reports from the database, as requested. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Open and sort mail. Fax correspondence. Oversee and prepare mailings. Organize larger mailings with mail house. Organize and maintain files and records. Handle miscellaneous requests from customers and clients and send out information when requested. Assist in the planning, development and implementation of meetings. Participate in special projects, as assigned.Assist in management of clients’ schedules. Photocopy materials. Maintain office equipment. Assist with general errands pertaining to all office needs.

Skills and Abilities Required: High School Diploma or GED Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong customer service orientation. Multi-task oriented. Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload. Consistently and efficiently performs duties of position. Computer Equipment and Software Requirements: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with database software (Access).
If working from home, equipment and setup must be approved, ohterwise you must work onsite
