I am looking for a furnished short term rental, weekly (preferred) or month-to-month. I would prefer utilities included and need high speed internet. I am a professional who is moving into the area for work relocation in the middle of August and need a short term rental while I search for a home.
I need at least one bedroom, a kitchen, a bath, and parking. Washer/dryer is a plus.
I will be working in downtown Indianapolis and would commute up to 20 miles outside of the city.
I have excellent credit and references (including past landlord)...never missed or late on any payments. Please provide pictures via e-mail as well as details for rent amount/term, utilities, security, etc.
