	Responsible for recruiting qualified candidates for open positions within the company<br>
	Conducting telephone interviews, initial screening interviews, testing, and referring applicants for positions throughout the company<br>
	Coordinating and scheduling interviews with managers <br>
	Train managers in skill and behavioral based interviewing techniques<br>
	Develop company onboarding program<br>
	Oversee young mentorship programs within community high schools<br>
	Manage HRIS Applicant Tracking Module<br>
	Strategize with Manager whether to seek outside consultants for the hiring process, and notify consultants accordingly.  Determine advertisement strategy with hiring manager and coordinate efforts.<br>
	Coordinate all college and/or trade school career fairs, meet and greets, and other related activities.  Determine which fairs will be attended, who will attend as company representatives, what type display will be used, and what handout materials will be used.  Arrange for company representatives to participate in meet and greets and/or other school organizations.  Work with Marketing to develop presentation materials.  <br>
	Coordinate the internship program for the Company.  Process applicants through the HRIS Applicant Tracking module, coordinate interviews, and communicate necessary responses to applicants.  Maintain an intern spreadsheet indicating assignments, # of internships with Company, equipment needs (computer), and subsistence needs.  <br>
	Act as liaison with area employment agencies, preparation and liaison with advertising agencies, processing and checking advertising agency billings, liaison with temporary agencies, and recording status of authorized positions within the corporations.<br>

	Bachelors Degree<br>
	3-5 years of relevant recruiting experience <br>
	Excellent interpersonal skills<br>
	Effective organizational skills<br>

	Strong written and verbal communication skills<br>
	Ability to multi-task<br>
	Ability to develop a strong knowledge of all positions in the company<br>
