The brakes are 'squishy' and I have seen a few liquid beads form on the brake lines. I need that leak found, sealed up, the lines bled. Also, the power steering system dumps it's fluid almost immediately after putting it in. It looks like it's coming out of a high pressure line that has a strange collar around it.

The work shouldn't be too hard, but there is obviously some diagnostic work to be done. Car can be moved but I'd rather the work happen here. I'm not looking for a full out job but I'm not interested in things being extremely temporarily done. There is currently 20 tons of #73 rock in the place where the slab will be. It was dumped and spread in May 2009 and has been heavily used. It is well packed down and should be a good bed for the concrete. However, some grade work may need to be done towards the back end or to lower the front end of the slab to make the slab level. At any rate, very little grade work will need to be done if any;
