We are looking to rent 1 of 4 bedrooms.
You will have a bathroom available upstairs. Prefer a 6 months to 1 year contract.

We have 2 children who keep to themselves.
We prefer someone who is busy and active as we are active people.
This is a 2600sq foot home, 2 story. You can park in driveway but we use garage.
The price will include wireless internet network, phone, fax line, we will put cable in your room, electric, water etc etc.
A lady to come and clean the house weekly, additional if you want your room and laundry done.
