Hello, my name is Eddie and I have a steady job at an international travel insurance company in Carmel that I love. As you might have noticed, the gas and water is paid for so there won't be a huge gas bill in the winter. The electric bill tends to hover around $60.00 and cable/internet costs $86.xx. Both bills would be split equally. The apartment (ground floor) itself has wood floors throughout, two large bedrooms, one that opens onto a large patio with enough room for some outdoor fun. I love the back area as it allows me to garden in the summer with pots and a large box I built for vegetables. The laundry room (free!) is located underneath my neighbors apartment who works at the office. I've been here for four years, loved every minute of it, and don't want to move. The grounds are well maintained and densely wooded with a pool for the summer months. Carports are available for $15 or $20.00 should you wish to have your car covered. About the pets:

I have a very loving and friendly English Bulldog named Ibis. She's very well trained 4 years old, and I'm sure would become your best friend immediately. I live on the NorthWest side of Indy and have a fenced in backyard and a nice size front yard to lounge around in.

I live in a quiet, safe neighborhood and I love the area.

The rent is $400 a month and that includes all the utilities. You supply your own food and personal hygeine, Bathroom and Laundry stuff.

I am LGBT friendly, I am NOT 420 friendly. I would like a mature, clean and respectful person. The last person I lived with was a crazy, childish and disrespectful person and I do not want to have to deal with that sort of behavior again. So, If this sounds good to you, then shoot me an e-mail.
I do have 1 small dog and 2 cats. I will allow a pet if it is a "small" house trained dog or a cat. NO medium or large Dogs and not more than 1 cat.
