I am a professional salesmen that travels area to area. I have been here in Indy on and off for 3 months now. I am looking to get out of the hotels and into a place that feels more like home. This is important to me on many levels. I do have a daughter that is 6 but chances she will come here .. ever ... are extremely rare. If she did it would be for a couple nights maybe every couple of months - but again. Highly unlikely, she is still to young to travel on the bus out here so I travel back to Peoria to see her time to time now.
I am dependable on my rent, make good money doing what I do, am respectful of other people as well. Your privacy won't be an issue as I said I am respectful. If there are areas of the house / condo / apartment to stay out of - consider it done. I would expect the same out of one area, my room. I am not a crazy party animal so don't expect a large amount of guests over, just the occasional female once I'm ready to mess around with the ladies again. Convenience is a huge issue to me as I don't have a driver's license. I can look into it if you don't know but being within a 1/4 mile of a bus route is very important .. Which is why a downtown location in a condo would suit me best but also residential in a nice place away from down town would be great too because the trade off is the place would be nicer and more affordable .. or just nicer with more room.
Any questions about myself feel free to ask. If you are looking at foreclosure soon, not an issue to me - maybe I can put some extra money in your pockets until the bank repo's your place. Things that would be huge pluses to me are .. Gym nearby or at your place, a larger house if away from downtown, close to public transportation, laid back roommate that isn't in my personal space as I will avoid your personal space. Want to know more or have questions ? Send me an e-mail ..
Please don't tell me you have a 3 BR apartment on the southside and want $100 a week. Be reasonable and if there is value in this I will be reasonable as well. I am looking for an arrangement that is MUTUALLY beneficial - not to be ripped off or to rip off. I do have two references of people I have had this arrangement with in the past I can give you, you can confirm my employment if you wish, etc ..
Oh, and on a side note - if you or any of your friends need cable ? I'm your guy ! I'm a sub contractor and can get you the best deals possible with Comcast (not Britght House !) - There is excellent money in this profession .. If you are looking for a sales job let me know, you could be making $100,000 a year easily knocking doors believe it or not. I wouldn't travel and live on the road if the money wasn't there !
