I am a professional salesmen that travels area to area. I have been here in Indy on and off for 3 months now. I am looking to get out of the hotels and into a place that feels more like home. This is important to me on many levels. I do have a daughter that is 6 but chances she will come here .. ever ... are extremely rare. If she did it would be for a couple nights maybe every couple of months - but again. Highly unlikely, she is still to young to travel on the bus out here so I travel back to Peoria to see her time to time now.

I am dependable on my rent, make good money doing what I do, am respectful of other people as well. Your privacy won't be an issue as I said I am respectful. If there are areas of the house / condo / apartment to stay out of - consider it done. I would expect the same out of one area, my room. I am not a crazy party animal so don't expect a large amount of guests over, just the occasional female once I'm ready to mess around with the ladies again. If this is an issue, I am reasonable and will work with you ...

Convenience is a huge issue to me as I don't have a driver's license. I can look into it if you don't know but being within a 1/4 mile of a bus route is very important .. Which is why a downtown location in a condo would suit me best but also residential in a nice place away from down town would be great too because the trade off is the place would be nicer and more affordable .. or just nicer with more room.

Any questions about myself feel free to ask. If you are looking at foreclosure soon, not an issue to me - maybe I can put some extra money in your pockets until the bank repo's your place. If you are close to foreclosure because you are behind on your mortgage payments - I'm the guy you are looking for. Respectful, Financially Secure, and willing to help .

16 A friend or just a roommate. I can keep to myself or we can hang out; not too worried about this one.
17 Oh, and it'd be great if there were some storage so that I'd have access to more of my things than I can just fit in my room. Attic, garage, storage room, whatever. I'm sure I'll make full use of the closet!!
18 Decent cleanliness but don't have to be a neat freak (I'm about average) - No slobs, bugs, rodents, cockroaches, bats, fleas, ... you get the idea!!

I am very laid back, I like to have fun, but serious when needed. I also have a 2nd part time job.

I have a 3 year old Black and white spotted Female Pit-bull terrier named shelby, I have had her for about 4 months.
She is very obedient and shy. I am pretty sure her previous owner had abused her because she is very skittish about
some stuff. Over the 4 months I have had her she has become a lot more sociable. She is a sweetheart and as soon as
you meet her you will fall in love with her. She does not bite, and is house broken. She does not chew on
furniture, shoes, walls, or anything that she shouldn’t chew on. Most of the time she will be laying around sleeping while I am not around.
I am not sure how she would do around a feline friend, the most experience with that is her barking at random stray cats.

I also have kennel if I would ever need to pen her up for a short period of time, but that is never something I need to do. I just have it incase.

I currently live with my parents in Carmel, but I just started working at in the Glendale mall area so the cost of gasoline is starting to definitely show.
I am trying to find something close to that and Ivy-tech downtown. Or broad ripple area.
I have no preference to male/female roommate, just that they are in their 20s.
Looking for something in between $350 and $400 a month. And that is dog friendly.
Fenced in yard would be nice.

The apartments I am considering range between $850-$980 a month for a two bedroom two bath, which would be split two ways along with the utilities.
