We prefer, but do not require, experience in outside sales and/or in the printing/copying industry.
Ø RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement and manage a detailed marketing program of personal sales calls, telephone sales, direct mail in-office demonstrations and public relations for assigned branch.
Ø Direct and manage Staffing Specialists customer development activities, including face-to-face customer contact to create and develop a good business relationship with existing and inactive customers and retain and build additional revenues.
Ø Implement and monitor activities designed to recruit, train and retain temporary employees needed to fill all available assignments.
Ø Recruit, select, train, and evaluate Staffing Specialists using guidelines and materials developed by Corporate Headquarters.
Ø Provide overall supervision and counsel to branch service staff.
Ø Conduct regular permanent staff meetings to ensure good communication within local branches.
Ø Inform employees of Manpower's strategies, objectives and results locally, regionally and nationally.
Ø Review all financial and general management reports.
Ø Implement bill/pay structure to ensure a proper gross profit level.
Ø Implement corporate collection policies and procedures.
Ø Assist management in the annual preparation of a detailed forecast including projected billable hours, sales, gross profit and net profit (manage expenses necessary to achieve the desired net operating profit).
Ø Supervise the training of temporary employees on office automation equipment and software.
REQUIREMENTS
Ø Minimum of three to five years experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the staffing industry.
Ø Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry required.
Ø Strong sales/marketing skills needed to meet business development goals.
Ø Proven track record for successful staff and business development.
Ø Extensive Internet recruiting experience.
Ø Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate within the Manpower systems is critical.
Ø Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
Ø Ability to advise, counsel, guide, and negotiate with others (e.g., staff, temporaries).
Ø Ability to develop (i.e., through teaching, training, etc.) the professional skills of employees.
Ø Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things to determine courses of action.
Ø Ability to effectively and tactfully deal with people.
Bachelor degree, preferably in Business or Marketing or equivalent combination of work experience is required

Territory Optimization - Analysis of research & data to understand the marketplace and store associates in the territory. Prioritize and adapt their call schedules based on business opportunities. Team Contribution - Proactively coordinate with teammates collaborating on initiatives together and brainstorming ways to impact the store associate’s referral habits. Share information and coordinate promotional programs and adjust call plans. Continually update teammates and act as a team player.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Business/Marketing or similar field
0-3 years of sales experience, preferably with a technology company
High level of business acumen, salesmanship, creativity, intellectual horsepower, leadership, and professionalism
Strong motivation, teaching, and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of distribution channels, product presentation, and established industry relationships are a plus
A proven proficiency in time management, planning, development, and implementation of sales strategies
Knowledge of Lexmark product capabilities versus competitive products
Must maintain a safe driving record
