Xact is currently searching for self-motivated individuals with experience in high volume scanning. These candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day imaging and scanning department. In addition to the duties below:
Manage production (copy and imaging) workflow and job board, assigning project priorities and staff performance to meet critical deadlines.
Control production costs and achieve budget profit.
Maintain timely, accurate performance and financial reports and production logs.
Be proactive, detail-oriented and responsive to end user or management requests.
Ensure high quality, timely delivery to customers.
Manage equipment, supplies and other company assets.
Train and develop high quality, cross-functional production staff.
Manage client relationships and troubleshoot problems for end users.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and coordinate numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously, including technical/data processing support activities.
Coordinate project management with EDD technical staff, facilitate good communication and teamwork with other locations.
Copy responsibilities include (but not limited to): perform and train production employees in all copy production duties, such as b&w copy, color copy, x-ray production, oversize and mounting, binding, and media duplication.
Imaging responsibilities include (but not limited to): job set up for scan projects, some backend processing (EDS, OCR, OWR), testing lode files, IPRO View project set-up, blow-backs, coordination of coding vendors.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must have strong experience in copy and/or imaging production processes.
• Must be willing to augment copy and/or imaging production knowledge from current levels.
• Strong understanding of OCR, Electronic Branding, and PDF conversion. In addition to understanding load files (Summation, Concordance, Ipro, Introspect).
• Must have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills. English proficiency required.

Senior SQL Server DBA position on the SQL Server DBA Team. The SQL Server DBA team is responsible for the 24x7 availability of mission critical databases in production environment and User Acceptance, Development, and Test environments for fast-paced delivery. There is a high expectation in availability, performance and scalability to support the tremendous growth of various applications within the company. The DBA team is responsible for the design, build, ongoing maintenance, failure avoidance, detection and repair of the SQL Server databases associated with the applications.
Broad knowledge of related infrastructure, tools and services in support of SQL Server databases such as SANs, backup technologies, database administration, and business continuity.
Experience with tools utilized in the design and support of SQL Server databases, such as SQL Server Management Studio, MSX, Erwin Data Modeler
Experience with BMC Remedy Change Management / Incident Management software
Experience with designing and delivering SQL Server databases in support of major applications
