OCTOBER IS FREE AND IT IS FREE TO MOVE IN!

Now, here is the deal. I received a concession of one month free rent when I moved in that I never used. That will transfer to you.

Rent breakdown:
If you move in and use the concession for the free month all at once, rent is $836/month until July 2010 with one month being free.
If you move in after Oct. 15 and use the concession monthly, rent is $743/month until July 2010
