I live in Michigan and need to sell my Myrtle Beach RCI timshare. This week rental is titled RED WEEK in the RCI system. It is week 38 each year. This week that is yours for life if you purchase it.... I am asking $1500 for. Your responsibility would be a yearly maintenace fee to the resort. My maintenance fees per year run $500.
