Through our timeshare with Bluegreen resorts we have been offered a trip package to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge Tennessee at an awesome price but we can't use it. You can pick the dates of travel. You just have to travel sometime between now and the end of January. There is a 3 night minimum but check-in can be any day of the week. They have TONS of different sizes of rooms from a 3 bedroom townhouse that sleeps 10 people for a family get a way to a private 1 bedroom chalet for a romantic getaway. A 3 night stay price will vary slightly based on the days of the week you want to stay but an average 3 night stay over a weekend would start at $150 ($50 a night) for the 1 bedroom to $300 ($100 a night) for a 1,707 sq. feet condo that sleeps 10. *Get together some friends for a weekend trip to ski and that's only $10 a person per night!!!

1 bedroom villa is approx. 484 sq. ft. Features a Queen in the master room and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bath and a full kitchen. Amenities may include: washer/dryer, balcony, tub w/jets, gas fireplace

1 bedroom townhome is approx. 600 sq. ft. Features a Queen in the master room and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full bath and a full kitchen. Amenities include: gas fireplace, washer/dryer.

2 bedroom Chalet w/loft is approx. 1,700 sq. ft. Features a King, a Queen, two Twins, and a sofa bed. There are two full baths and a full kitchen. Amenities include: tub w/jets, gas fireplace, washer/dryer.

2 bedroom townhome is approx. 1,107 sq. ft. Features a King in the master room, two Twins in the second room and a sofa bed in the living room. There are two full baths and a full kitchen. Amenities include: tub w/jets, gas fireplace, washer/dryer.

3 bedroom townhome is approx. 1,707 sq. ft. Features a King, a Queen, two Twins and two sofa beds. There are three full baths and two full kitchens. Amenities include: tub w/jets, gas fireplace, washer/dryer.

I also want to say this is NOT a scam. We are a family of 4 that lives on the south side of Indy. We purchased Bluegreen timeshare 2 years ago on the northside. We just need to rent out our points to help pay for the Maintenance Fees we owe each year. We will do whatever you need to help you feel confident in your decision to rent our condos. You may even call the locations directly to verify you are paid in full and you may see all of our paperwork proving our ownership. I know making a purchase like this is a tough decision over the Internet.

Bluegreen isn’t a traditional timeshare and they offer special rates like these from time to time. If you are wanting to travel at a different time or to a different location we can use our regular timeshare as well but it won't be as cheap as this special. Just let us know!
