Looking for professional and/or retired men and women to mentor others in the employment field--new program being developed by a non-profit that will provide prospective employers with job applicants that are pre-qualified & pre-screened to perform a job. The job appplicants are formerly incarcerated men & women in the Indianapolis area. Volunteer mentors will committ to a minimum of 2 hours per month (more if agreeable by both parties) and will provide one on one support either at the job or an off-site location. We are building a pool of mentors that can be available when a targeted individual gets a job and may need someone to talk to about that specific job.
