We need to contract a high-level flash developer for a large-scale project. This is a virtual world project, although not 3D... yet. You would need to be able to fix existing problems as this is a working solution. You would also be adding new features and improving existing ones, such as creation of avatars and avatar movements, reporting, etc. The framework of this existing site is in Joomla so PHP and Joomla experience is a must. There is also some elements that are written in ASP that need converted to PHP. If you can't handle that aspect, that is fine. The priority is someone that can handle the flash.
