Using graphic and code templates, the Senior Web Designer is responsible for designing the look & feel of the websites and corresponding promotional media within the individual brand identity. � Design & produce email newsletters and promotional emails
� Converts weekly promotions, articles, buying guides, interviews, and other media to HTML/CSS
� Works directly with the user experience and marketing teams to make sure graphics and page layouts are user friendly
� Launches content and promotions on the web as scheduled, with accuracy & attention to detail
� Adheres to current web technologies and best practices that enhance the value of the Musician�s Friend web site(s)
� Adheres to the organization of the developed content library (HTML, web graphics, photographic assets)
� Ensures that all communications and training materials are timely and complete
� Identifies and recommends opportunities for process improvement
� Works collaboratively with Marketing Team and other departments on priorities for programs and rollouts

Minimum Qualifications:
� Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field required
� Minimum of 5 years experience in internet design.

� Expertise in current best practice Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications.
� 2+ years experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, web page layout, web publishing, web site design, web site maintenance, and web content maintenance
