Full-Time, On-Site, BUSINESS MANAGER

****IMMEDIATE OPENING**** Are you eager to find a career position where you can own it and excel? Are you an experienced full-charge bookkeeper with administration gifts? This is a full-time position Monday-Friday located near I-465 and I-74 (close to Brownsburg). This is not a work from home or contract position.

Full-charge bookkeeping (a/p, a/r, cash accounts), including general journal entries and production of internal accrual financial statements, plus payroll and HR duties.
Management of all cash and credit card accounts
Proactive billings, processing of payments and accounts receivable (including governmental agencies) is a priority for this position.
Cross train on other office duties for assistance when needed.

Experience Required:
Must have 3+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience (no exceptions; bookkeeping test will be administered)
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Comfortability and curiosity about information technology, apps, and programs is important.

Education required:
Preferred Associates degree in Accounting; proven experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
