Goodman high efficiency natural gas furnace. I removed this prior to demolition of a house I owned. I believe it's from 1998. It worked great until 2007 when my tenant moved out. The house sat vacant, so the furnace was not used but was protected inside the house. Being a high efficiency furnace, the exhaust is ducted via PVC pipe, instead of needing a vertical chimney. It can be installed just about anywhere near an exterior wall. 91% efficiency (72,000/ 80,000 BTUs = 91%). Requires just a 15 Amp electric circuit. 1/2 hp, 3-speed blower. Goodman model# GMPN 080-4 Considered a multi-position unit. Air output is on top. Air intake is underneath. Furnace base is temporarily mounted to plywood to make it easier to move. Measures 16" wide x 46" tall x 28" deep.
