Selling a NU-VU SUB-123 commercial oven/proofer combo. This thing is a workhorse and built like a tank. It’s stainless steel inside and out and super durable. It’s been a great piece of equipment and still works exactly like it should, ready to go right back into use. It runs on 208 volt, 3 phase (21 amps) and currently has a standard 3-prong 220V plug on it, but you can swap that out pretty easily if needed. The proofer holds 9 full-size sheet pans and the oven holds 3, so it’s a solid setup if you’re doing any kind of baking or food production. The oven goes up to 425°F and has separate timers for the oven and proofer, which makes things really convenient. It’s also on locking caster wheels, despite its size (about 77” tall, 36” wide, 28” deep, and around 590 lbs), you can still move it around easily.
