Was used in a ritual that caused a corrupt ex-Hamilton County magistrate to be jailed then banned from judicial service. It was also used to bankrupt the Marsh supermarkets because they hired bad managers and were bad neighbors. It is now being used to curse every abusive and corrupt authority in this reality. This curse will continue until the corruption is exposed and becomes transparent... permanently. Not for use by a child or anyone unable to control what this artifact can do.
