The condenser was built by Frick.
Guntner installed all the controls and placed the unit in position for use.
The warranty on the unit was five years and is transferable with stipulations etc. (buyer would be responsible to work out those details with Guntner).
Buyer also must arrange pickup from unit's Cincinnati, Ohio, location. The possibility exists for rigging availability at an extra fee. Since Guntner installed it at it present location - Guntner would be the one to remove it and rig it on a flatbed for transport.
