We have an immediate opening for a full time management position at a Premier Pet Resort and Salon on the Northwest side of Indianapolis in Whitestown.
This fast paced and growing business is seeking energetic applicants with good interpersonal skills to supervise the day to day operations of our Resort, Daycare, and Salon.
Ensure all company policies, procedures, and standards are being met.
Maintain excellent communication between Front Desk Staff, all Resort Staff, and all Daycare employees.
Ensure the optimum health of all pets in our care.
Ensure daily operations result in excellent guest experience and high client satisfaction.
Supervisor must be capable of performing Resort Team Members, Resort Team Leaders, Daycare Coordinator, Pick Up/Delivery, and Salon Assistant's job duties when necessary.
Lite repair and maintenance of building and equipment.
Facility and landscaping upkeep.
Staffing and Personnel:
Train and motivate Resort Team Members, Resort Team Leaders, Daycare Coordinator, Pick Up/Delivery Staff, and Salon Assistants.
Supervise the daily activities of Resort Team Members, Resort Team Leaders, Daycare Coordinator, Pick Up/Delivery Staff, and Salon Assistants.
Carry out disciplinary procedures and engage in performance discussions when necessary.
Work closely with Resort Manager in the planning and execution of staff meetings.
Conduct monthly staff meetings.
Work closely with Resort Manager in the management of policies and procedures that pertain to the Resort, Pick Up/Delivery, Daycare, and Salon.
Manage client information in lodging software as needed.
Manage supply levels and purchase items, when needed, from outside suppliers.
The Resort Supervisor must possess the following skills and qualifications:

The Resort Supervisor must be able to move or lift animals or equipment up to and in excess of 40 pounds.
The Supervisor must be able to tolerate conditions associated with kennel work including the cleaning of urine and
feces and the use of disinfectants. The Supervisor must be able to recognize through sight and sound an animal in distress or discomfort or exhibiting symptoms of illness.
Two years of professional experience as a supervisor is preferred. No previous work experience at a pet resort is necessary. Business experience in a service industry is preferred.
Typical hours for this position are: 4 days a week 6:45 AM - Close (generally 7-7 PM). The Supervisor must be willing and able to work all days of the week,
including a Saturday and/or Sunday( A Weekend or Weekend day off is on a rotation type basis).
