The only bids that will be considered will be from vendors who attend the mandatory bid conference on the day and time specified below:

• Vendor should quote any additional work needing done in order to complete the Scope of Work
• Replace exterior double door "in kind" with new HM doors with heavy duty panic door hardware devices: closers, latch and strike plate, and threshold. Locksets shall be ABA/ADA compliant. Paint to match existing. Doors approximately 3'-0" x 7'-0"; verify in field prior to installation.

Replace the existing locksets with new heavy-duty panic door hardware lockset for egress door. Locksets shall be ABA/ADA compliant panic door hardware. Door is approximately 6'-0" x 7'-0"; verify in field prior to installation.
