A college Fraternity has an opening for a live-in Property Manager/House Director. The job requires the applicant to live full-time at the property at nights and on weekends. Directly responsible for managing cleaning staff and cook.
Compensation includes bi-weekly pay ($2,307) every two weeks or $60,000/year, plus free rent ($15,000/year value) and utilities (gas, electric, cable television, internet, water & sewer) ($3,600/year value) in your private apartment in the chapter house. In addition, the House Director can participate in the chapter's meal plan for free ($4,000/year value), utilize a free cell phone with unlimited data/calling to use as the Property/House Director ($600/year value). In addition, health insurance premiums up to ($2,400/year value) will be paid on your behalf. Total package is worth $85,600/year.
The private apartment comes with a fully furnished private living room, fully furnished private bedroom, private bathroom, private stackable washer/dryer and a private full kitchen. Free wireless internet, and a dedicated onsite parking spot are also included.
