Must be towed. The owner drove it here and it sat through the winter and won't start. Obd threw codes for both pump failures but a friend said its sounding like the fuel distribution box and that's $50 on ebay. I have the low pressure fuel pump but not the high pressure which is $60 on ebay. It probably doesn't need them but it won't hurt to change them. Before it stopped starting it struggled to start and had a rough idle then calmed down. Don't know much else other than I know it's drivable if you fix what I said.
