Experienced Airbnb / STR Cleaner – Contract, As-Needed (Indianapolis) (Indianapolis)

This is not full-time work at the moment. Jobs will be offered as they come up, typically when volume spikes or coverage is needed.
Property sizes range from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
Timeframe: Cleanings are completed between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Most turnovers take about 3 hours, leaving some flexibility within that window.
This is a good fit if you:
• Already clean STRs, hotels, or residences
• Want extra, flexible work without client management
• Are comfortable with same-day turnovers and on-site laundry
• Value clear instructions and fast payment
What to expect:
• All cleaning chemicals, paper towels, trash bags, vacuum, and mop provided on-site (but we suggest bringing your own cleaning kit as well)
• Laundry done on site (2 loads on average)
• Pay issued promptly after job completion
What we’re looking for:
• Proven cleaning experience (STR or hotel preferred)
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Punctual and communicative
• Ability to pass a background check
Pay: Competitive per-clean rates
