Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will support plant reliability programs by driving maintenance excellence, improving equipment performance, and ensuring the consistency and efficiency of onsite operions. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to reduce downtime, strengthen preventive maintenance practices, and enhance overall production reliability.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor reliability stregies th support safe, consistent plant operions.
• Lead and support root cause analysis for mechanical failures and equipment downtime events.
• Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to drive long-term reliability improvements.
• Collabore with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operions teams to optimize maintenance routines and work processes.
• Review equipment performance da to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support execution of predictive maintenance technologies, inspections, and condition monitoring programs.
• Ensure documention of maintenance activities follows established standards.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• Background in maintenance, reliability, or troubleshooting equipment within plant operions.
• Proficiency in conducting root cause analyses and using reliability‑centered maintenance methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, food industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable opering in a fast‑paced plant environment and partnering directly with teams on the production floor.
• Familiarity with SAP or CMMS plforms and standard maintenance workflows.
• Preferred knowledge of PLC systems and control logic.
• Experience managing projects in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong communicion skills with the ability to collabore across functions.

Compension 

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: locion, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
