We're a Tucson, AZ-based boutique wedding + events company currently seeking an Assistant Wedding Coordinator to support upcoming weddings and special events throughout the U.S. and internationally.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, outgoing, calm under pressure, and excited by fast-paced event environments. You’ll work closely with our lead coordinators helping manage guest experience, event logistics, travel coordination, on-site setup, vendor support, and general day-to-day event operations.
We’re looking for someone who:

• Communicates well with guests and clients
• Can think quickly and adapt in real time
• Enjoys travel and working with people
• Is comfortable in busy social environments
• Is detail-oriented and proactive
• Has flexible availability
• Has a valid passport and is comfortable traveling domestically and potentially internationally
Previous wedding or event experience is a plus but not required. Hospitality, retail, assistant, restaurant, customer service, or experiential/event backgrounds are all welcome. Can live anywhere in the United States but must be willing to travel- this is a paid freelance opportunity with travel included for applicable events.
