ClusterTruck is Indy’s first ghost kitchen. No dining room, no takeout, no front-of-house. We built a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen to own the entire delivery process. Because we have no front-of-house, we can focus 100% on the culinary and delivery process—no patrons and no worrying about turning tables. We don’t even have tables.
We specialize in exceptional quality food, made from scratch and delivered fast, using cutting-edge technology. From click, to cook, to curb, we not only built the kitchen, but the software to run it. ClusterTruck is now expanding into the Carmel area. We have openings for Line Cooks and Expos at our upcoming Carmel location. Line stations include sauté, flattop, fry, salad, and pizza.
