Croûte Baking Company, one of the newest concepts by Cunningham Restaurant Group, is currently hiring a full-time, experienced Baker for its location in downtown Indianapolis.
The team at Croûte Baking Company develops and produces freshly baked bread, pastries, and desserts to serve many of our Cunningham Restaurant Group locations. We also offer grab and go salads, sandwiches, pastries, and beverages for the public.
• Hours are full time, Monday - Friday from 5:00 am - 1:00 pm.
• Willing to learn new ways of cooking and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Daily tasks include, but not limited to, mixing dough, scaling ingredients, shaping dough, laminating dough,
baking artisan breads, cleaning, and following recipes.
• Basic baking knowledge and understanding of ingredient function.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail and accurate in recipe calculations.
• Must be creative and passionate about baking and pastry cooking.
• Able to stand on feet 8-12 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Baking and Pastry degree or minimum of 2 years baking experience required.
