I’m selling this new in box First Alert Fire Escape ladder that is 2 story and 12 steps, and it has a weight capacity of 1125 pound. It is a Nylon and steel construction and packs down into a nice small compact size in a box. The box is slightly distressed as it was stored and never opened up for use. It is specifically model number EL52. Look at pictures to see the box is slightly distressed, wrinkled, bent in places, but the unit has never been opened.
This Fire escape ladder price range will vary, but routinely sell new from $125-$65 for a lesser weight capacity device. Used model prices vary but are pricey. I will part with this for $22. It is quite a find for this price. Hurry, while it lasts. Pickup should be at a public parking area in Brownsburg, IN, where we need arranged time to meet for exchange in a public parking area.
