my husband and i are wanting to start out buying on monthly basis older home in the country or woods or ect, one level home or cabin or ect dont mind fixer upper long as roof, ele, foundation, so on is all good little remodeling is ok we'll invest our on money into it as we live in it, just livable we have hens and rooster why we need country something far or sits by its self from neighbors, dont mind no furnace if fire places are in rooms in use for winters, we'll keep yard mowed and property clean, we are in our late 50's will respect the property and you, i have cash to put down now and three or four something a month till paid off also can pay off your low back tax's if needed, want out side of Greenfield and Waxwell Indiana or just off strs 40 or on strd 40...we have proof or our income to show, we own this house in Dublin Ind keep it clean and mowed as well. we like that area tho..more info call or text best to text..or some acre's can put a 5th wheeler and motor home on campers, no HOA or town rules
