It is for Week 30 but you can travel any time you want to. You get 2 weeks per year. Annual maintenance fee is $1152.48. Packages are booked through Interval International. Annual exchange fee is $163. When you pay your maintenance fee you get 140,000 points per year to travel anywhere in the world that you want with few exceptions. You can choose between a suite, 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom. We are asking $10,000 and are willing to negotiate.
We have traveled all over the Caribbean and the United States. We usually stay at a Marriott resort. We pay $299 for 7 nights. It is definitely worth the price.
The resort is located on Palm Beach Road, at the center of numerous island activities
They have a complimentary beach shuttle service that takes you to and from the best beaches on the island: Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Arashi,
Malmok, Divi Beach
The resort offers a lively community atmosphere, complete with daily activities, on-property dining as well as the opportunity to indulge in doing nothing at all, sitting poolside and enjoying the resort's picturesque scenery.
