Selling a dining table set by Universal Furniture Ltd. that includes 1 table and 4 chairs. The set has visible wear from normal use but is still very sturdy and fully functional.

Seat height: 17.5”

Set Includes:
3 chairs without armrests
1 chair with armrests

Condition:
- Table surface has multiple visible scuffs and areas where the finish is wearing off
- Chairs also have some scuffs and minor cracks in places
- Cushions have no major stains
- All chairs are stable and do not wobble (felt pads on the feet)
- Overall structure is solid and durable

Note: The table was originally expandable, but the middle extension leaf is no longer available.

This set has a unique design and solid construction, and would work well as-is or could be a great refinishing project if you enjoy restoring furniture.
