I am a hardworking single mother of two currently looking for a safe, stable, and long-term apartment or home for my children and family. Along with raising my kids, I also handle the care and affairs of my father, who is a Navy veteran , ever since an incident caused him to be coma bound and now needs to be checked in on since my step moms passing. (he will not be living with me) . My absolute highest priority right now is finding a solid foundation where my family can thrive.
Professionally, I operate local commercial cleaning and property maintenance services here in Indianapolis and I am a hairstylist. Because of my background, I keep properties absolutely immaculate, and I am highly skilled in deep cleaning turnovers, organizational projects, and general property upkeep.
Since I know firsthand how much time, stress, and money goes into property maintenance for landlords, I am looking to see if an independent owner would be open to a rent-credit or flexible agreement. I am more than willing to take on hands-on property upkeep, deep cleaning, or minor repairs around the property to help offset costs.
