Here is a brand new solid stainless steel can opener from Edlund. It is still in the box. Included are the instructions and mounting hardware as well.

I bought this several years ago, but it's more can opener than I need at home. These go for $350 brand new. See link below. If you got a restaurant or a school kitchen, this would be beneficial to have. It's solid stainless steel so it should be very rust resistant.
