Don’t laugh, it’s a thing. And there’s a reason why. And reasons why I’m your man.
Humans need physical touch. And physical touch can come from legitimate cuddling and doesn’t have to include more. Being held close, being held safe, being cuddled with care and compassion, so many need it and far too many go without it.
And humans need companionship. A friend to watch a movie and eat popcorn and sit close to each other. A friend to enjoy not only having a meal together but giggling and having fun together making it in the kitchen. A friend that will listen, be a shoulder, be the arms that hold you for a moment.
