This position is an independent contractor cleaning position. As a contracted cleaner for Cornerstone Cleaners, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule on our platform, specify the types of cleans you wish to work, and even specify the area of central Indiana you’d like to clean in. Our friendly support team will handle booking appointments for you based on your availability.
We are NOT looking for entry-level cleaners. We ARE seeking experienced, business-minded professionals who:
+Are reliable, integrous, punctual, and discrete
+Communicate consistently with the ability to problem-solve on the job
+Own high-quality, professional-grade supplies & equipment
+Carry active liability insurance, COI of $2M aggregate and $1M occurrence
+Have experience working in upscale residences
+Take pride in consistent, detail-oriented results
+Are dedicated to providing 100% client satisfaction in every cleaning
+Are organized in keeping their schedules and supplies stocked and available
+Consistently display a positive attitude in all interactions

What you’ll need to qualify:
+3+ years professional cleaning experience
+Proof of insurance
+Your own professional grade supplies and equipment
+A valid drivers license and dependable vehicle, capable to transport your supplies
+Pass a background check
+Own a smartphone and know how to use it
+References, upon request, from current or past clients
