Employee candidates should possess;
- Drivers License and self transportation. Drivers license must be valid and clean to operate company vehicles.
- Submit to background check verification.
- Experience and background in construction trades including - framing, concrete repair and installation, excavation, hand digging, plumbing, waterproofing and foundation repair. Training is available within the company.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
COMPANY OFFERS - steady full time work, I.R.A. retirement Packages, AFLAC, p.t.o. , holiday pay, 2 sick days and paid vacation time after 1 year employment and compliant attendance records, yearly raises, profit share completion bonuses, hourly or salary pay.
Sub contractor crews should possess;
- Their own tools, jackhammer, buckets, gloves, p.p.e, concrete saw, grinders, wheel barrows, shovels, hammer drills, concrete finishing tools, wood saws and more. We can provide the necessary equipment and negotiate the comphensation accordingly.
- Dump trailer and a truck to haul it with. We can provide a roll off dumpster if dump trailers are not available on your end.
- General liability insurance of $1,000,000 or greater coverage to cover concrete demolition work, framing, hand excavation, and concrete installation.
- Workmans comphensation coverage OR a work comphensation waiver granted by the state in which the work is taking place.
- A w9 form filled out in your business name.
- Copy of Articles of Incorporation.
- Email to be linked into our CRM system for job notes, photos, and daily updates.
- Skill to provide quality and clean foundation structural repair services and crawlspace work.
- 1 supervisor who is responsible for production, QUALITY, and seeing the job through start to finish.
Jobs will pay daily or per unit/ per job.
