💰 PAY & PERKS:
$20–$27/hour (based on experience)
4 DAY WORK WEEK
Company van + tools provided
PTO after 90 days
Consistent, year-round work (no slow seasons)
🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Install blinds, shades, and shutters
Learn motorized screens, awnings, and pergolas
Work at residential homes
Make sure installs are clean and done right
