We're a short-term rental company with properties in Indianapolis looking for a reliable part-time runnerto help with property errands and light maintenance tasks.
Location: (primarily around Winthrop
Pay: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Flexible / Part-Time | On-call as needed
What You'll Do:
- Supply runs (Sam's Club, Amazon pickups, hardware store)
- Drop off and restock items at rental units (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
- Light maintenance tasks (replacing smoke alarm batteries, swapping out small fixtures, minor repairs)
- Check units between guests and flag any issues
- Coordinate with our cleaning team and report property conditions
- Occasional trash runs and outdoor upkeep (hot tub area, string lights, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual – you show up when you say you will
- Has a vehicle and is comfortable running errands around Indianapolis
- Handy is a big plus – basic fixes (locks, light bulbs, minor repairs) goes a long way
- Good communicator via phone/text
- Available on relatively short notice for urgent tasks
