I am an out-of-town property buyer and need a reliable, detail-oriented person for a simple one-time task at a house in Fort Wayne. This job is for Thursday October 23, 2025 at 11am!!!!! Last minute
The Job:
· Meet the current keyholder (e.g., seller) at the property to get access.
· Buy and Hang a lockbox securely on the front door.
· Take 15-20 clear, well-lit photos of both the interior and exterior of the property.
This is a quick job that should take less than an hour.
Requirements:
· Must have a reliable vehicle and be available on short notice.
· Must have a smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos.
· Must be professional, punctual, and communicative.
Payment:
I am offering $50-75 for this task, paid via Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle upon completion and receipt of the photos. If just photos are required $50.
If lockbox is required you will be paid 75$. Expense for the lockbox will be reinbursed.
