Kingdom Territory is growing and looking for an experienced Field Manager to oversee residential renovation and maintenance projects throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, working with crews, solving challenges, maintaining quality standards, and helping build a growing company.
What You’ll Do
• Manage multiple projects and crews in the field
• Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
• Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and office staff
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Document progress using photos, apps, and project management software
• Create and manage punch lists and project closeouts
• Identify issues before they become problems

✔ Construction experience required
✔ Leadership and crew management experience preferred
✔ Strong problem-solving skills
✔ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✔ Dependable and self-motivated
✔ Comfortable using smartphones, apps, photos, and technology daily
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Drug-free and professional
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
✔ English required; Spanish is a strong plus
