We are currently seeking experienced subcontractors for gutter cleaning services. We have approximately 200 residential jobs available, with project rates ranging from $200 to $500. These properties are primarily larger homes, so applicants must be skilled and comfortable working with 24–28 ft ladders.
We welcome experienced painters or roofers with relevant ladder and exterior work experience to apply.
Compensation:
Subcontractors will receive 57.5% of the total job value.
Requirements:
Proven experience in gutter cleaning
Ability to safely handle tall ladders (24–28 ft)
Valid business liability insurance
Workers’ compensation insurance (documentation required)
