New Roof Needed (Indianapolis)

I have a 900 sqft bungalow that needs a new layer of shingles added; there’s currently only one on now.

I also have a failing roof on a back patio sunroom about 25’x 14’. It was originally built using 2x4s spaced out 48”; roof pitch is about 2-1 so not much and there’s currently rubber membrane on top vs shingles.

I would like to tear off and add joists to prevent from happening again.

Looking for experienced roofers that can affordably help me out.
