If you have not completed at least 40 hours of wheelbarrow and pickaxe work, please do not apply. I will not hire you unless you know how to work efficiently with a pickaxe and can handle a wheelbarrow without dumping it.
If you show up and cannot perform the work, you will be sent home without pay.
